No sun, too much wind… But after a long wait for a lull, I managed to get off. This was a longer and higher but even more bogus "cross-country" than Thursday's. At the north end, I noticed that my Skkytraxx said the wind was westerly. I thought it had gone wrong until I realised that, since I hadn't done a single 360 in eight kilometres, it didn't know whether I was soaring an east-facing ridge or a west-facing one!
I wore better gloves than on Thursday, but had still had had enough long before an hour was up.
Nice to get my name on to the league scoreboard!
