Arrived just as the big guns climbed away. Nearly got away a couple of times but thermals didn't seem convincing so went back to the hill for a series of bomb-outs and walk-ups. Had more or less given up hope expecting the sea breeze to stop play. But finally found a great climb with Frazer Wilson resulting in a lovely flight with a good mate and both landing together as the top cover came over for a picturesque pint in Moreton-in-Marsh. Might not have got as far as those who spectacularly made it to Norfolk but still felt like a winner.
